1. Product Design Development

(Estimated Time: 1 Week)

✔ After receiving a request from the customer, we begin discussions to understand the desired product design.

✔ We create a detailed 3D model of the part, which is staged on a car or another object for visualization.

✔ A visualization of the design is presented for the customer’s approval, and adjustments are made based on feedback.

✔ Once the customer confirms the design, we proceed to the next stage of the process.

2. Thermo Mold Production

(Estimated Time: 1-2 Weeks)

✔ We produce the mold using a 3D milling machine, following the specifications of the finalized design.

✔ The material for the thermo mold is carefully selected based on the number of parts to be produced.

✔ We use either aluminum (more expensive) or composite (cheaper) material for the mold, depending on the customer’s requirements.

3. Production of Parts

(Estimated Time: 1 Week)

✔ Once the mold is complete, we begin the production of the custom part.

✔ The product is carefully inspected for any inaccuracies or defects. If necessary, we make adjustments to ensure the part meets the highest quality standards.

4. Final Processing of the Product

(Estimated Time: 2 Days)

✔ The product undergoes final processing to ensure it is in perfect condition.

✔ A photograph of the finished product is sent to the customer for confirmation.

✔ The product is carefully packed and shipped to the customer’s address. Tracking information is provided for easy shipment tracking.

✔ We welcome customer feedback and are always happy to receive photos of satisfied clients with their new parts!
